Guler Customs Consultancy Ltd Co. has been established in accordance with the national and international companies requirements on 14.11.2002 to provide whole of the services for all procedures in Customs Clearances and Foreign Trade Transactions due to the Global World Economy and International Trade Increases and it has achieved in a short time to the leading companies in its sector.
Our Organization has been made great progress from the date of the
establishment till today and became “one of the 4 companies having authorization for customs clearances throughout Turkey” by our approximately 350 employees in total.
Guler Customs Consultancy, from the first establishment day till today,
works with Central Computer System in 100 % automation. We use EDI( interface software),
lease line connection to the customs administration offices to complete the customs
procedures such as Declaration Registry Process; we also are able to get online
declaration attestation of the Export Association, by being the member of the Exporters
Association EDI system since August 2003. Following the process results,
the documents and invoices of the related procedures are sent to our clients as soon as
possible so as to reach them on the following day.
Guler Customs Consultancy Ltd Co., its head office in Istanbul, provides its Consultancy services via its 8 branches and 19 liaison offices in 16 cities throughout Turkey by its 11 Customs brokers, 37 Customs Brokers Assistants and approximately 350 qualified employees.
K-Q TSE-ISO-EN 9000 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our Organization has accomplished all its studies as of December 2004 according to the
ISO 9001:2000 standards issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
and it has consolidated its success by K-Q TSE-ISO-EN 9000 Quality Management System
Certificate.
The first certification was accrued in 2005 January at our corporation and the second
certification was made in 2008 February and thanks to the coordinated works of all
our departments and clear management manner, our success established in the organization
has been confirmed at the second time by Turkish Standards Institutions.
